I am out of contract and wish to cancel - how can I do this without having to ring please?

Welcome to the community,

You will have to ring customer service, to get your account cancelled and give 30 days notice. If you are within your minimum term, then you will have to pay the rest of the term minus 4%.

You can give your cancellation notice by post.

The postal address is on https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/complaint - 30days notice will start when your letter is received.

You may write to them giving your 30-day notice of cancellation at:

Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

Your notice will be taken from when EE receive it.
