      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there cancelled my contract payed what I owed and cancelled direct debit,they’re still billing me although I’m not using my uk phone?I now live in Spain so have a Spanish phone,they don’t do emails and I’m not gonna phone them&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How did you cancel your contract? Did you ring up to cancel it? If you owed them some money, then you will get billed. You should have received a final bill, which you have to pay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can ring customer service by using an app , such as Skype for free using the free number in my signature.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have no way of knowing who you are and no account access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;EE don't have an email address for CS, so I suspect&amp;nbsp; you've not given notice and thus your situation is explained. Cancellation notice is either by post or calling.&lt;/P&gt;
