&lt;P&gt;Batteries get hot when used and get extremely hot when on charged if they can not regulate the heat produced by the battery and as you say in bed I can only assume the quilt and or sheets where covering the device or the device was on top of ether or. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you still feel the warranty should cover you get it touch with the device manufacturer and they can run tests on the device to find out why this happened. &amp;nbsp;And EE are correct it’s not their fault. &amp;nbsp; Being labelled as an aggressive customer is down to how you speak with them they are not there for you to have ago at them. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same thing today i got mental health bad and they set me of today and now sat in hospital cuz i lost it when they said not there fault when i had warranty on the battery what exploded in my bed so i got a new phone as they said they cant do anything so i have to pay for 2 what i dont mind doing but there already getting 175 of me and there asking for another 43 on top and they now label as a aggressive customer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No it was not in charge at all i had problems with it and i rang ee they&lt;BR /&gt;sent me to town to go in shop and nothing they could do</description>
