How can I access my call log from 2023? I'm looking for an incoming call from a specific number on a certain date. Unfortunately my mobile history doesn't go back that far.

@Jasminebc : EE retain no record of incoming calls unless they were charged.

Incoming calls are not shown on (chargeable) itemised billing even if you had it at the relevant time.

If your call log doesn't go back that far, there is no way of obtaining the call record, unless by a court order.

@Jasminebc On what device? If it’s an iPhone it holds the last 1000 calls but only displays the last 100 so you need to delete some to see more.
