Inhad the same issue online, I then had to phone and they still couldn't do.

I am now trying to add the payment since taking the contract to lower my monthly payments, but still struggling.

@KMC4 If you want to pay more towards the device contract you have to call customer services to do this. This is all explained in the information provided to you when you took this out,
