Yesterday 01438989232 called me to tell me some deal about 30% monthly sim. I was on PAYG with lots of add ons. Anyways the lady promised 25 Gb for £14 and with 30% discount it was £9.87.

Today I login to my account and find out it's 5 GB monthly sim and I have to pay £14 as original was £20, the data is also so much slower than my PAYG account

Please help me, they will charge me £225. 6 if I want to change back or cancel this contract
