I’ve not managed to pay all of my bill and pay the rest of the end of the month then I’ll be reconnected until that time. Many thanks.

@Jodie715138 once you’ve paid any outstanding bill, it’ll then take up to 24 hours before you get reconnected.

@Jodie715138 You call customer service.

Not paying your bill you have broken the T&Cs of the contract that you agreed too. EE have only done what they said will happen if you don’t pay on time. If you can not pay your bill on time you have to inform EE of this before you are billed so something can be arranged before hand.
