Can I combine 2 accounts

Hello, my mother is payg and I am pay monthly but with no contract, these accounts were registered separately. I now want to put my mother's account under mine so I pay for her bill as well as mind. Can this be done?

A PAYG account is a prepayment top-up setup, and is by nature not monthly billed. You can't put a PAYG phone onto a monthly bill.

Sorry i wasn't clear, my mother SIM now is payg I'm looking to put her on a pay monthly pack like mine.

If you would like to change your mothers account to pay monthly and move this onto your account. please call us on 150 and the team will look into this for you.

If the pay as you go account is currently in your mother's name they would need to speak to her to get the change set up 🙂
