topic gaming bundle in Contracts & Billing

I'm due an upgrade from O2 as my contract is about to end. I've been looking at EE. mainly because you can add gaming bundles to your package.

now, I can't seem to find the awnser and wondering if someone may be able to help me as I don't want to start a contract if I can't get the bundle.

-once I've completed my signing up for mobile contract will I be able to add a gaming bundle straight away?
-can it be Sim only or device and Sim plan?

Hello @demongorgan.

It's great to hear you are looking to join EE.

All contracts are subject to credit check, if you sign up and your account is eligible you will be able to add a gaming bundle to your account.

An eligible pay monthly account can be a handset contract or a SIM only contract.

I’m also trying to add another gaming bundle, phone bill has been paid on the day bills been produced for months now, previously had 2 gaming bundles on the account now only the 1, ( other one paid off ) and unable to add another been a while now and still cannot add any

I am sorry to hear this.

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check your account eligibility.

Should this be ok, they can also help with adding the gaming bundle.
