Hi,

I broke my iPhone screen and had it replaced but it now says unknown part in the about section of settings.
Will I still be able to trade my phone in to upgrade?

@Avfc1984 you could try and trade it in but that message isn’t good as screen isn’t a genuine Apple screen so you might find you’ll get less for it if anything.
