I was totally mislead or rather blatantly lied to I even spoke to the same salesman based in Glasgow /Paisley a few days later to check it was insured and yes it was however the contract was now fixed for 2 years and he told me a few days prior the plan runs on a month to month basis where the handset can be replaced for a different model I don’t fully understand but I know I am a lot more money out of pocket.

Ombudsman EE ! that particular salesman is a disgrace, needs sacked, not a customer service course he was a blatant bare faced liar, he must have a better commission from whatever contact he signed me up for. I ended up with the same phone only next model up. I originally had 2 A13 handsets and replaced one for an A14 (carer needs one) and I ended up with a bill almost double my previous contract, who would and why I hardly use any calls, texts or data, appealing service, it really is, the real hustle is right here!
