    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2022564"&gt;@Mhelp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If your within your upgrade period you can upgrade but if you want to just lower your current contract to a cheaper tariff you can’t as your contract is for the minimum term of that tariff at that price. &amp;nbsp;If you just want to increase your allowances you can call customer services and request an increase of your allowances this obviously will mean a high cost per month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
