@Mhelp If your within your upgrade period you can upgrade but if you want to just lower your current contract to a cheaper tariff you can’t as your contract is for the minimum term of that tariff at that price. If you just want to increase your allowances you can call customer services and request an increase of your allowances this obviously will mean a high cost per month.
