Hi. Where can I get an invoice from for the direct debits taken for my sim only monthly contract please.

Can you tell me where they are in my account, I am having a similar issue and can't find them anywhere. Any other service provider I have had sends an automatic email with the invoice on it.

Thank you Chris. I don't seem to haver that option. I am on a monthly sim only contract. Does that make a difference ?

@aligarjon You can download your bill via your EE account. You can download the last 12 months of bills. If you require a VAT invoice you need to be on a business tariff as consumer tariffs are not broken down to display VAT separately.
