i cant find away to download my last bill and print it off

Hello @beales93.

You can download and print your bills by logging in to your EE account online.

Bills can be located in the Bills & payments section.

Tech support told me today that the System for customers downloading the bills is not working and is undergoing repairs. However when I was transferred to the billing department I was told that they can send us the bills but they will charge individuals for them even though it's not their fault that they cannot down load their own bills'. Not impressed with the Best Module Company for the past 15 years????

it's impossible to come across to the bills and statements. I don't know why, however it's a big problem for EE that needs to be fixed quiet urgently.

Hi @stealbra,

Welcome to the EE Community

If using the EE app, once logged in select Manage along the bottom then Billing, then See your full mobile bill, then at the bottom of this page is Download your bill.

If using the website once logged in select Bills and Payments from the banner, then under the bill summary total is the link to Download your bill.

Can you see these options when logged in?
