Hello

If you want to end your contract then you will need to call CS on 150 and choose Thinking of Leaving Option.

Also if your changing networks ask for a Pac Code if you are wanting to keep your number and move it across. Help about that here - https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/leaving-ee/what-is-a-pac-code

Your contract is not ending, the minimum term is.

If you want to give disconnection notice, then you need to call CS. Your other options are to port out to another operator, upgrade your phone, stay as you are, or change to SIM only.
