      <description>&lt;P&gt;Additional line was missold to us. tried to return back in store. They refused return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn’t have the courtesy to advise we could return online which we tried. Completed the process through the text which was advised by the gentleman we spoke to on 150.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;text states we should receive a response within 72hrs. It’s now been 2 weeks and yet to hear. We don’t need this line and EE has already been very difficult in returning this line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do next???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased in store. Spoke to the customer care or whoever manages the returns line on 150. They told me to just fill the form in and it’s fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We returned to store and they were extremely rude and refused the return&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;happy to take your money. Never happy to process a return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive worked in phone sales so I know how it goes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
