Hello, I want to upload, but when I get to the last step, it asks for additional verification in the second step. I don't know what additional verification is. Can you help me with this?

I want to upload money, but when I reach step 3, it asks for additional verification and it does not direct me anywhere, so I cannot upload money.

Are you trying to make the payment in your EE app/account online?

Are you using a UK bank card?

Are you trying to top-up a PAYG SIM? I think you need to call EE if you're using a non-UK bank card.
