I pay monthly by Direct debit

@Lovetj : You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

Hi I can’t seem to be able to change my payment date to the 27th as that’s when I get paid?

Yes it’s saying the 6th but I don’t get paid until the 27th so I’m not sure what to do

Have you received your first month's bill?

You can change the date after the first month's bill, please see our Set Up or Change Your Direct Debit for details on how to change this 🙂

@Michaeldennis : You don't use card details for a DD. You need your bank a/c details, sort code + a/c no.
