cant access invoices

Hello we have had letter stateing our account 209737605 is going to be suspened for non payment of invoices but i cant access the invocies very easierly is there a way to get invoices emailed every month rather than logging in as i cant find them when i log in ??

No, they are only available in your EE a/c.

You can request paper bills to be sent to you each month, this does have a charge to get set up.
