I bought a EE sim only contract as a BT customer though BT web page

The contract reads as follows

Unlimited data and data gifting

Essential plan £12.60 per month

Speed max, 100

Unlimited minutes and texts

12 month contract

This is what I got

My account reads 2GB of data

Where is the unlimited data please ?

Speed max 10 Mbps

Where is the 100 Mbps ?

Has anybody had this trouble? Thanks David

If you log into the EE app and select add-ons do you have an unlimited data add-on showing?

Is the price correct for the plan?

this is what I wanted as a bt customer

if I go to my bt broadband account and click on sim deal recommended for me this comes up

I bought the unlimited for £12.60

but when I looked on my account after purchasing I had 2gb date and 10 Mbps

I was new to EE

sorry I have left ee today and wil be leaving Bt when my contract ends
