Hi @Michelleg7 Have you looked at your bill online to see why it's higher than you think?

Not paying will be recorded against your credit file and cause you years of issues. I would not recommend it.

Any charges outside of your allowance will show on your bill.

There is no account access on these forums, for account specific information you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
