Unknown Direct Debit

A Charity I work for has noticed Direct debits being set up which we are not aware of. We need information on who has set these up as we suspect fraud.

I have tried the number 08009566000, but due to me not being a customer there isn't any options for me to be able to speak to anybody.

Please can you provide a number to ring from a non EE phone to speak to someone in regards to these Direct debit.

Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
