How do i get to [ Paper Free Billing ] i have followed the EE instructions but still can not find the stated location. Just keep getting sent in circles.

Paper-free billing is the norm. You don't need to do anything to get it. You'll find your bills online in your MyEE a/c.

Or are you trying to get rid of paper bills? In which case your need to call CS.
