Extra xharges

I have been told that I will be charged £2 for extra usage on my account that was outside of my roaming. When I checked the roaming and queried the charges it stated I was within my limits and the charge showed I owed £0.0. However back on the main page it said I would be charged £2 extra still.

In addition I received a text message saying I would have £47 added to my next bill for roaming charges taken from February - I was abroad. However, I have already checked and I was fully charged for February and I was fully paid up.

What is going on with my account? Why is everyone charging me for stuff that is not valid, actually correct, or stuff i have already paid for!!

@Mikhail38 : Is that charge £2.47? That is the daily roaming charge when you use any of your UK allowances in the EU.
