Is your partner's mobile line on the same pay-monthly billing account as yourself?

When you say "trying to link", do you mean access them both via the same myEE login? Or have both phones on the same pay-monthly billing account? The latter is classed as a change of ownership, and has a separate process.

Trying to link my partners mobile account to mine so she can benefit from the unlimited data on our broadband account. It won’t link as it says it’s linked to another account. Is there any way to do this or is?

Your partner needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. You may need to pass a credit check. You will then be paying for that contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the your partner a password for you to quote when you call.
