&lt;P&gt;Did you upgrade to a SIM only plan keeping the same number or did you take out a new contract?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you text AL to 150 does it report back the correct allowance?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sim only plan not showing on online account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im hoping someone can help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;so I purchased a sim only deal in March 2024 after my phone contract ended. My email was already used for my online EE account where I was able to manage my phone and data bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;However, since moving to a sim only deal, my EE account does not show my sim plan at all, so I dont know how much I’ve used etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am &amp;nbsp;struggling because I got a text saying that I’ve used 80% of my data weeks before my monthly renewal which is absolutely bizarre considering my plan gives me 125GB!! And I use wifi at work and at home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions on how I can access it online?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
