I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our upgrades team regarding this.

Usually if a device is a faulty and is covered under warranty, a repair or replacement device would be offered by the manufacturer.

Good day,

I got my Pixel 7 reparied at the start of the year via EE and when I got it back it was suffering issues. There is issue with battery life and the mobile data cuts out randomly. Obviosuly this is out of my control. They have told me it is a fault with the phone and can be covered by warranty. The store does not have any loan phones and I need a phone for work.

I was exploring my options and I have the choice to trade in my phone and upgrade anytime. The fee is £100 upfront. My question is that as the phone is faulty and it is caused by internal issues that was not cause by me, would EE give me a discount or even waver the fee for upgrade anytime as the device I recieved is faulty as I cannot pay that much upfront and I don't feel like I should have to due to the phones issues.
