I have just moved from plusnet to EE a £10 charge has beeb posted to my account - what is it???

Usual charge £4.00

Usual charge £10.00

Both for numbers that were supplied with sim card - I had to make one call from these numbers to reinstate my previous numbers - I never made other calls

Thanks the monthly charge is £4 there was and add on of £10

I only receive calls and texts, I do not make calls from the phone. Since I transferred to EE I only received a couple of text messages,
