    <description>&lt;P&gt;That works out exactly right. You've had 2 contractual annual increases in between. £65 + Apr. 2023 increase of 14.4% = £74.36 + Apr. 2024 increase of 7.9% = £80.23.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
