New Contract from monthly to 24 Months

Hi,

I made a 24 months contract today. I visited the shop in central manchester. They showed me only three packages of 24 months one was £9 for 5 GB data, £16 for 25 Gb data, £27 for 125 Gb data. I opted 16 option but now I realised there are many other options on your website for sim only deals. Even one is 125GB, 24 month plan for £13.50. Another one is unlimited for £16. I got confused why customer advisor showed me those three options only. Please can you help me out to solve this puzzle.

Sometimes retail stores do have different offers to the online shop.

Did you compare with the online shop whilst in the retail store?

@Amen_Shamim If I’m looking at the correct £13.50 one that’s half price for 3 months then it’s £27.

And the £16 one
