EE is a UK operator and thus all contact methods are UK-based. It's quite common across UK providers, that cancellation notice is given by letter or call.

Would delaying the call until your return to the UK create any major hindrances? If so, calling via Skype over a WiFi-connection is your best bet.

I’m trying to cancel my contract from overseas without having to call a UK number and get massive charges as I’m currently in India.

i think it’s pretty ridiculous that you can’t do this from the app and think it’s the company creating barriers to exit in the hope that people stay.

anyone with any ideas would be appreciated
