&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the breakdown of your bill, which you can review either via the EE App or by logging in to your account via the website?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would otherwise suggest speaking to customer service, when ringing them, there could be a wait, as they are obviously busy with other customers, the same goes for live chat, unfortunately, you will have to be patient, it is not a joke, but maybe seen to you as so, if they are on a call to a customer, then you do have to wait until someone is available to speak or chat to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
