I want to switch provider and cancel my current contract with EE, although I am not the account holder as I do not pay the bill. The account holder is unable to be there with me and make the phone call due to personal circumstances. All I want to do is Cancel this contract. I do not want to make create a new one. Is this possible without the account holder present? I will be able to contact them but not have them present when making call/visiting store.
