      <description>Yep! Ordered the All Rounder deal on 17 March &amp;amp; engineer booked for 22 March but failed to turn up !! Rung to check &amp;amp; was told “ but you cancelled” ???? Trying to explain the contradiction they were providing they said they would call back - checked order &amp;amp; saw “some of your order has changed - we”ll be in touch!” Waited but then couldn’t access my account &amp;amp; yesterday Darius told me he had sorted it - HE HASN”T another pathetic promises perhaps?? Apparently I have an Executive Compaint open which prevents normal access &amp;amp; Sarah is due to call me on Monday 29 April with a resolution &amp;amp; hopefully a refund of overcharges &amp;amp; compensation ??? Watch this space ???&lt;BR /&gt;BT/EE making futile attempts since February 2023 to integrate their systems but looks like another Post Office style disaster as BT/EE can do what they like on your account but your not allowed the RSVP to emails from them??
