Early upgrade

Hi ee told me I can upgrade early . I got to months left on my current contract if I upgrade early, when will I start paying the new contract? Or Will I be paying both at the same time ?👍🏻

Are you upgrading to a new plan with a phone or SIM only?

If you're getting a new phone, your new plan will replace your old one straight away.

Hi thanks for the reply James yes I’m upgrading to a new phone will I have to pay for the 2 months what is left on my contract or will it go straight on the new contract price? Thanks

Hi @Meader12,

If you've been advised you're in your free upgrade period, you won't have to pay an early upgrade fee.
