Removing a Number of my Account when someone dies

Hi,

Can someone tell me the easiest way to remove another Mobile number from my Account? I have 2 Mobile Phones on one account. One is for myself, & the other I got for my wife. Unfortunately, she has passed away due to 'Advanced Liver Cancer'. For some unknown reason, I cannot get the PIN through on my Email and don't know the Password either for Security. Can someone help me, please?
