Cutting off my phone

I want to no how ee can cut off my phone. Its my own sim card that I baught a long time ago I used to top up each month £10.00 I was OK with that.

Then I get a call frm ee saying I can hav a sim thing anyway I had it and the bizarre thi g is ee have made me have a DEBT 21POUND like how does this happen really **bleep** I have very bad mental health issues I am under theental health act I need my phone to receive important calls etc how the heck can ee cut of MY phone its not even a mobile frm ee at all like I really do t get it I'm so very angry right now I suffer frm self harming too wen angry as a relief so see ee what use have done to me I can't receive calls frm my children either I got a letter stating debt collectors are getting g involved please tell how the heck use as a company can get away with this **bleep** really I'm really angry iv never sed I won't pay what I owe 21 quid wen I inly used to top up 10.00 a month I got all I needed so ee u wanna sort this before I sue you as a company ur all putting innocent voubrable people like myself into DEBT .

@Cinders2427 : Why did you switch from PAYG to contract & leave yourself open to running up a debt?
