Hi, my 4g contract is due to end in a few weeks. Is there a way of setting this do it doesn't automatically move to rolling 30-day contract. Fibre is being installed in our village so 4g, which is useless even with external antenna, is no longer needed.

Mobile contracts are not fixed term ones that just end on a certain date, they are rolling contracts with a minimum term.

If you want to cancel your contract, you need to give 30days notice either via CS or by writing in.
