Deducted higher amount from contract

Hello

My contract of mobile package was 23£ and i bought watch the instalment was setted as 34£ now you people have deducted 81.52£ from my account.This is ridiculous how you can deduct this amount. Total amount is 57£ so please chexk your system amd refund the money

Hi @Mahammano

Have you looked at your bill? This is produced in advanced of your direct debit and will tell you exactly what you are being billed for. I would assume it's the watch instalment plan aligning with your billing date and being charged in advance, but your bill will explain it.
