How come I can’t get credit because on my credit score it says ee

You will have a credit file with each of the 3 leading credit reference agencies, which individual lenders use to internally score you against their own criteria.

Are you saying there is an inaccurate entry on your credit file that relates to an EE account?

I'd recommend a read of the following EE help page. It includes contact details to query entries on your credit file that you believe are incorrect.

Hi @Nicola2474

There is no account access on these forums. Did you have an EE service in the past. If not you can challenge the credit agency reporting.
