Trade in for s24 ultra

Looking to upgrade to s24 ultra and trade in an s21 +. It says the monthly cost for the essentials plan was £30 but is half price for months. However it also says that there is a trade in discount of £27 meaning, the monthly cost is £3 per month. Will that discount remain for the whole 24 month air time contract, i.e, will the price stay at £3 for 24 hours (i appreciate there is a CPI increase each march), or will the trade in discount drop off after 6 months, massively increasing the monthly commitment? Its not clear sorry

That pricing doesn't sound correct. Are you able to share a screenshot?

Hi @RickyShay111

I've been told that this screen shows all discounts related to the offer that you have chosen. When you click 'add to basket', it should remove any discounts that are no longer compatible. Could you give that a try for me please?
