Hi I've had this number come up on my phone and I've been charged 12 pounds it says I've not even rang this number when I go on Google to check the number out it days scam? As anyone else had this?

What do you mean by "come up on my phone"?

Calls to 084 & 087 numbers will have 2 separate charges on your bill - the "access charge" paid to your provider for carrying the call, and the "service charge" paid to the owner of the number.

I've just had same thing happen to me been charged £20 for ringing this number on 3/5/24. I didn't ring this number , I don't know who it is. What did EE do about it ? Seems we're not the only ones 😡
