    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are still in contract. All that has happened is that the &lt;STRONG&gt;min. contract term&lt;/STRONG&gt; has expired but the contract continues on a rolling 30-day notice basis until you cancel it by giving notice, upgrading or porting to another network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "Out&amp;nbsp; of Contract Discount" is a misnomer. It is really an Out of Min. Term Discount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Surely that can't be right. It can't be up until the end of contract if it's an Out of Contract Discount. It has to be after the contract ends&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;You’ll probably get a better deal going sim only though&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
