Hi, guys. Been trying to contact EE about unfortunate arrears and suspension on my account. Just wondering if there’s an option to contact EE without 150 or the long mobile number they provide? I’m unable to access either from my current phone due to the predicament.

I too have this problem. There is no webchat unless its for sales, and once youve placed your order youre limited to calls.

If a phone has an outgoing call restriction imposed, then any call attempt is redirected to 150 for precisely this reason.

If service has been completely suspended, you would need to call from another phone on either 07953 966150 or 0800 0798586

Just to add to this, if you have something like Skype, you can ring them for free on the free number given above.
