&lt;P&gt;This public forum doesn’t have access to your account to see what you’re being billed for but by any chance is your contact a flex tariff? &amp;nbsp; If it is your are billed one for the tariff and the other bill is for the device. &amp;nbsp; It’s separate as you don’t then have a price increase on the device each year but just for the tariff. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you saying you receive two separate monthly bills for the same mobile number? Are there different mobile numbers against each (presumably) separate account numbers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
