      <title>I'd like to cancle my Sim contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought new Sim which is unlimited 24months plan from EE shop last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but as soon as I put the sim, I found out EE is not working very well in my house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I didn't use at all,&amp;nbsp; I'd like to cancle it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to call EE customer service. but I'm not good at English. so I couldn't .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to cancle online or Live chat ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no cooling off period if you got your SIM card from a high street store.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it only in your house that the signal is not working very well?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have fixed broadband? If so, you should be able to use wifi calling, you just need to set this up in your phone’s settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Live chat is found via the EE App when someone is available and you have a contract with EE. You cannot cancel online, you would have to do this either by ringing customer service or live chat.&lt;/P&gt;
