My old bank not working so for payment I want to use my new debit card but it say you have to pay half price money I do not know why plz help me

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

It doesn’t work when I click on manage payment they bring me to this page I look at the picture I mentioned

Then you need to pay your outstanding bill using you new debit card before you can change your DD..

But I don’t have that much money to pay once my old account not working how I add my new there no way

Hi @Danish2644

If you call us on 150, the team will add your new details for future direct debit payments, and help with the payment that is due now if you don't have the funds for the current bank account that is set up for the direct debit 🙂
