I have had a UK sum in my iPhone for 12 months and have now returned to Australia for at least 6 months and want to suspend my account .. how do I do this?

@Reelmann1950 : EE does not permit payment hols. So you can either keep paying for it monthly or cancel it entirely with 30 days notice in which case if you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Not online; by phone. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
