      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Australia but still have an EE contract which is due to expire this month and I want to contact EE to cancel it before it auto renews as the email they sent advised it would do, but I can only find a phone number for them, is there an email address or live chat where I can talk to someone without having to call? Trying to find answers on the website but going round in circles... very unhelpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You are best off calling and giving notice (UK office hours).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As already mentioned, EE's contracts are rolling ones with a 30day notice period at all times. There is a minimum contractual period, during which early cancellation charges apply to disconnection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All that is happening in your case is the minimum term is coming up. If you do nothing, 30days notice without penalties will apply until &amp;amp; unless you explicitly make any change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
