Hi, I want to change my package with unlimited and want to apply, the student discount as well, i am currently within my 14 day cooling off period, kindly guide me how to do that

@Usman198 just call customer services and tell them you want to increase your data allowance. This will obviously be at a higher cost.

The 14 day calling off period is in case you have a change your mind because you bought the phone online or over the phone and you get 14 days to inform customer services that you don’t want it so have to return the device.

Hi @Usman198

The Student Discount can only be applied at the point of taking out a new connection or upgrade.

@Christopher_G : Discount codes may be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading or if it wasn't by calling CS within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be applied mid-term.

yes, i bought Google pixel 8pro and mobile sim contract 3 days ago, and i
want to change my mobile package to unlimited, and since i am in 14 days
cooling off period so can i change it ? or should i cancel my mobile sim
contract only and ask tor new one ?

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
